Rihanna Shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") offers consulting services in global distribution logistics, optimization of e-commerce channels for premium fashion brands and accessories, international inventory management courses, transport cost audits, and negotiation strategies with suppliers from cross-border networks. Services are provided exclusively based on these Terms and Conditions.
The Provider undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, according to the specifications agreed upon in the individual contract. The Client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services and to pay the consideration thereof within the established deadlines. Any change in contact details or financial situation must be communicated in writing within 5 working days.
The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of the Provider for any claim arising from or in connection with the services is limited to the total value of fees paid by the Client in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud or personal injury.
Each party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30 calendar day notice, by written notification. The Provider may immediately terminate the contract in case of non-payment of invoices at maturity, provision of false information, or serious breach of contractual obligations. Upon termination, the Client shall pay the consideration for services rendered up to that date.
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, with prior notice to the Client at least 15 days before their entry into force. Non-acceptance of the modifications by the Client within 10 days of notification results in termination of the contract without penalties.
